Imagine after this pandemic, you can enjoy your wedding day freely, gather with your friends and family you love. Hug and kiss them as many times as you want. If there is something came up in your mind made you worried, it is ok, acknowledge your thoughts, intentionally make a choice to linger to the thoughts or let it go. Relax, take a bath or nap. Ask for help if anxiety, stress or depression are affecting your quality of life.

Be safe
Be aware of Covid-19 symptoms like high temperature, feeling hot to touch on next or back, a new continuous cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing. If any members of your household are displaying symptoms then you should all self-isolate for a period of 14 days. If symptoms become more severe you must seek medical advice immediately. Cover your face and nose when coughing or sneezing, this will help protecting the people around you. Wash your hands for 20s every 2 hours. Try to touch something else when you want to touch your face.
