The day began bright and early at the bride’s home, where we spent about three hours perfecting her hair and makeup. With every detail in place, we were ready to accompany the bride and groom to the ceremony at Chester Register Office.

Although we have had the privilege of working in nearly every UK city for pre-wedding and wedding photography, videography, and hair and makeup services, this was our first visit to Chester—and we instantly fell in love! The city’s historic charm created an enchanting setting for their photos.

After the ceremony, we explored the city with the couple, capturing beautiful shots in the green park along the River Dee and romantic moments on the iconic Queens Park Bridge.

The wedding was an intimate gathering, with only the couple’s closest family members present. It was a warm, personal celebration, lasting around four hours, and filled with heartfelt moments.

After the ceremony, we followed the couple to The Cheshire Cat, a cozy pub with a welcoming, country-style atmosphere. It was the perfect spot for capturing relaxed, joyful moments during their reception.

All in all, we spent about seven hours with the couple, from the bride’s beautiful hair and makeup session in the morning to the last photo of the day. It was truly a joy to capture their love story and share on their special day.
